CHAP. 645.— An Act granting a pension to Ann Ruffner.June 30, 1890. *Be it enacted, by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Ann Ruffner.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Ann Ruffner, mother of John Ruffner, late of Company K, First Regiment of Missouri Artillery Volunteers, and Company B, Thirteenth Missouri Volunteer Infantry. Approved, June 30, 1890.
