CHAP. 644.— An Act for the relief of George Farwalt.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,George Farwalt.Honorable discharge. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to cause to be removed from the records the charge of desertion now standing against the name of George Farwalt, late a private in the Twentieth Battery of Ohio Light Artillery, and grant him an honorable discharge under date of July thirteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-five. Approved, March 3, 1891.
