CHAP. 643.— An Act for the relief, of Luther. M. Blackman.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Luther M. Blackman.Pay, etc., to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, such sum as will cover the regulation pay and allowances of a first lieutenant of Cavalry and regimental quartermaster from August twentieth, eighteen hundred and sixty-two, to December thirteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-two, to Luther M.
Blackman, of Monroe County, Tennessee, in full satisfaction of his claim against the United States for services as lieutenant and quartermaster of the First East Tennessee Cavalry Regiment. Approved, March 3, 1891.
