CHAP. 642.— An Act for the relief of Frank Schader.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Frank Schader.Honorable discharge. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to .remove the charge of desertion from the name of Frank Schader, late of Company G, Ninety-first New York Volunteers, and grant him an honorable discharge under date of March twentieth, eighteen hundred Pay, etc.and sixty-five, and to pay him all pay, bounty, and allowances as may be due him without reference to the charge of desertion. Approved, March 3, 1891.
