CHAP. 641.— An Act for the relief of Andrew J. Blackstone.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Andrew J. Blackstone.Honorable discharge. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to cause to be cancelled from the records of the charge of desertion now standing uncanceled thereon against the name of Andrew J. Blackstone, late a private in Company H, of the one hundred and twenty-third Regiment of the Illinois Volunteer Infantry and grant him an honorable discharge from said regiment of date January twenty-first, eighteen hundred and sixty-three.
