CHAP. 640.— An Act for the relief of Peter Weber.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in, Congress assembled*,Peter Weber.Honorable discharge. That the Secretary of War is hereby authorized and directed to remove the charge of 1434FIFTY-FIRST CONGRESS. Sess. II. Chs. 640-644. 1891. desertion from the record of Peter Weber, late a private in Company E. Fiftieth Regiment Wisconsin Volunteers, and issue to him an honorable discharge from said service, to date August twenty-fifth, eighteen hundred and sixty-five. Approved, March 3, 1891.
