CHAP. 638.— An Act for the relief of Luman B. Palmeter.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Luman B. Palmeter.Honorable discharge. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to remove the charge of desertion standing on record against Luman B. Palmeter, lat a private in Company B, Seventy-eighth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and issue to him an honorable discharge as of date February thirteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-four. Approved, March 3, 1891.
