CHAP. 633.— An Act for the relief of the heirs of Thomas Black.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Thomas Black.Payment to heirs. That the sum of four thousand six hundred and seventeen dollars and sixty cents be, and the same is hereby, appropriated, to be paid to the heirs of the late Thomas Black, deceased, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, in compensation for property taken by the naval forces of the United States during the war of the rebellion from the said Thomas Black, a loyal citizen of the United States. Approved, March 3, 1891.
