CHAP. 631.— An Act for the relief of Timothy C. Barjerow.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Timothy C. Barjerow.Charge of desertion removed. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to cause the removal of the charge of desertion from the records of Timothy C. Barjerow, late Company H, Eleventh Michigan Infantry, and grant him an honorable discharge under date of January first, eighteen hundred and sixty-two. Approved, March 3, 1891.
