CHAP. 628.— An Act granting a pension to Elnora A. Dixon.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Elnora A. Dixon.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension rolls, subject to the conditions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elnora A. Dixon, of White County, Illinois, a crippled daughter of James B. Dixon, late a seaman on the United States gunboat Red Rover, in the service of the United States during the war of the rebellion, at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1891.
