CHAP. 627.— An Act granting a pension to Maria Brooks.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Maria Brooks.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Maria Brooks, a nurse in the late war of the rebellion, and to pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1891.
