CHAP. 625.— An Act granting a pension to Malinda Lemmon.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate, and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Malinda Lemmon.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Malinda Lemmon, widow of Samuel Lemmon, deceased, a soldier in Captain Wilkins, company of Indiana Militia from September eighteenth to November eighteenth, eighteen hundred and eleven, and pay her a pension from the passage of this act, at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1891.
