CHAP. 625.— An Act granting an increase of Pension to Clinton Spencer.June 25, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Slates of America in Congress assembled*,Clinton Spencer.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, at the rate of sixty dollars per month, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Clinton Spencer, late captain Company I, First Michigan Infantry Volunteers. This act to take effect from its passage, and the pension, hereby granted to be in lieu of that which he is now receiving. Approved, June 25, 1890.
