CHAP. 619.— An Act to pension David S. Sanders.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Slates of America in Congress assembled*,David S. Sanders.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of David S. Sanders, of Attwood, Howard County, Arkansas, late a private in Captain Charles Pettigrew’s company (F), First Regiment of Arkansas Volunteers, of which L. C. Howell was colonel, Indian war of eighteen hundred and thirty-six, and pay him the same pension as is allowed by law for service in the war of eighteen hundred and twelve. Approved, March 3, 1891.
