CHAP. 618.— An Act granting a pension to Mary W. Smalley.June 25, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mary W. Smalley.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary W. Smalley, step-mother of Jonas Smalley, late a private in Company K, Twenty-first Michigan Volunteers, as if she was the mother of said Jonas Smalley. Approved, June 25, 1890.
