CHAP. 613.— An Act granting a pension to Mrs Isabella Ray McGunnigle.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Isabella Ray McGunnigle..Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Mrs Isabella Ray McGunnigle, widow of Lieutenant Commander Wilson McGunnigle, United States Navy, upon the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, March 3, 1891.
