CHAP. 612.— An Act to provide an American register for the barge Ottawa,, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.June 25, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,“Venus.”American register granted to foreign-built barge “Ottawa,” and name changed to. That the Commissioner of Navigation is hereby authorized and directed to cause the foreign-built barge Ottawa, owned by Frank D. Zell, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, an American citizen, and rebuilt by him, to be registered as a vessel of the United States, under the name of the schooner-barge Venus. Approved, June 25, 1890.
