CHAP. 610.— An Act granting a pension to Martha J. Spencer.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Martha J. Spencer.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, at the rate of twelve dollars per month, the name of Martha J. Spencer, of Trumbull, Ashtabula County, Ohio, by reason of her loss of health occasioned by her services as nurse in the Union hospitals from eighteen hundred and sixty-three to eighteen hundred and sixty-five. Approved, March 3, 1891.
