CHAP. 609.— An Act to grant an increase of pension to Harvey T. Alcott, late of Company K, One hundred and twenty-sixth New York Infantry Volunteers.June 24, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Harvey T. Alcott.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Harvey T. Alcott. late of Company K, One hundred and twenty-sixth Regiment.
New York Volunteers, on the pension-roll and increase his pension to twenty-five dollars a month for gunshot wound and resulting injury to the spine, producing great nervous irritation and incapacitating him for manual or mental labor. Approved, June 24, 1890.
