CHAP. 608.— An Act to pension James T. Furlow for service in the Indian war.June 24, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James T. Furlow.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of James T. Furlow, of Brister, Columbia County, Arkansas, who served in Captain William C. Dawson’s company from the State of Georgia, Indian war of eighteen hundred and thirty-six, and pay him the same pension as is allowed by law for service in the war of eighteen hundred and twelve. Approved, June 24, 1890.
