CHAP. 606.— An Act to increase the pension of Everhard Welter.June 24, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Everbard Welter.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Everhard Welter, late a private Company A, Burnett’s First Regiment New York Volunteers, Mexican war, to twenty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension now paid to him. Approved, June 24, 1890.
