CHAP. 598.— An Act granting a pension to Emma Chapman.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Emma Chapman.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of
(Mrs)Emma Chapman for her services as army nurse during the late war of the rebellion, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars a month. Approved, March 3, 1891.
