CHAP. 598.— An Act for the relief of Ernst Barth.June 24, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Ernst Barth.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to cause to be placed on the pension-roll of the United States, subject to the provisions and limitations thereof, the name of Ernst Barth, late private Company C, of the Sixty-eighth New York Volunteers. Approved, June 24, 1890.
