CHAP. 591.— An Act granting a pension to Mrs. M. P. Felch.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mrs. M. P. Felch.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place upon the pension-rolls the name of Mrs M. P. Felch. at the rate of twelve dollars per month, for services rendered during the late war as hospital nurse, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, March 3, 1891.
