CHAP. 591.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Stewart Herbert.June 24, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Stewart Herbert.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, at the rate of forty dollars per month, the name of Stewart Herbert, late a private in Company A, Seventh Regiment Maryland Volunteer Infantry, in lieu of the pension now received by him. Approved, June 24, 1890.
