CHAP. 583.— An Act granting a pension to Emma Fulton.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Emma Fulton.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, instructed and directed to place upon the pension-rolls, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Emma Fulton, widow of George Fulton, late a member of Company C, Fifth. Michigan Cavalry. Approved, March 3, 1891.
