CHAP. 580.— An Act granting a pension to Eliza A. Philbrook.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate awl House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Eliza A. Philbrook.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Eliza A. Philbrook, late widow of Albert Philbrook, late private of Company F, Fourteenth Regiment of Illinois Cavalry volunteers. Approved, March 3, 1891.
