CHAP. 58.— An Act to pension Willis Brooks.January 6, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Willis Brooks.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to to place on the pension-roll the name of Willis Brooks, of Long View, Ashley County, Arkansas, who served as a private in Captain House’s company. Major Webb’s battalion Alabama Volunteers, Creek war of eighteen hundred and thirty-six, and pay him the same pension as is allowed by law for service in the war of eighteen hundred and twelve. Approved, January 6, 1891.
