CHAP. 576.— An Act granting a pension to Nancy E. EllisMarch 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Nancy E. Ellis.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and hereby is. authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Nancy E. Ellis, of Griffin, Spaulding County, Georgia, who is the widow of Captain James T. Ellis, in the Creek Indian War, of eighteen hundred and thirty-six and allow her a pension of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1891.
