CHAP. 571.— An Act to remove the charge of desertion against Richard Weller, and authorizing his honorable discharge.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Richard Weller.Granted honorable discharge. That the Secretary of the Navy be, and he is hereby, authorized to remove the charge of desertion against Richard Weller, late seaman in the United States Navy, and to grant him a certificate of honorable discharge. Approved, March 3, 1891.
