CHAP. 570.— An Act granting a pension to Frank Deming, Company F, Ninth Michigan Infantry.June 24, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Frank Deming.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, instructed and authorized to put the name of Frank Deming, late of Company F, Ninth Michigan Infantry, on the pension-roll, at the rate of forty dollars per month. Approved, June 24, 1890.
