Snow, Pension increased. of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, the name of Elmer A. Snow, late a trumpeter in M Troop, Third United States Cavalry, and pay him a pension of one hundred dollars per month; in lieu of the pension now received by him. Approved, March 29, 1890.
