CHAP. 563.— An Act granting a pension to Simon Beakler.June 24, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Simon Beakler.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior is hereby directed to put on the pension-roll the name of Simon Beakler, late of Company B, Seventy-first Regiment of Ohio Volunteers. Approved, June 24, 1890.
