CHAP. 561.— An Act granting a pension to Mary Donohue.June 24, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mary Donohue.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Mary Donohue, widow of Thomas Donohue, late a private in Company E, Forty-third New York Volunteers, and pay her a pension, subject to the conditions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, June 24, 1890.
