CHAP. 551.— An Act granting a pension to William Elsworth Fletcher.June 24, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William Elsworth Fletcher.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of William Elsworth Fletcher, the in-valid and helpless son of William Fletcher, late private in Company C, Ninth Michigan Volunteer Infantry, and to pay to the guardian of said William Elsworth Fletcher for his use a pension at the rate of eighteen dollars per month. Approved, June 24, 1890.
