CHAP. 55.— An Act granting a pension to B. S. Roan.January 6, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,B. S. Roan.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of B. S. Roan of Campbell County, Georgia, who was a private soldier in Captain Thomas Wilson’s company in the Creek Indian war of eighteen hundred and thirty-six, and allow him a pension of twelve dollars per month. Approved, January 6, 1891.
