CHAP. 541.— An Act for the relief of Lydia G. Carnes.June 24, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Lydia G. Carnes-Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he herejby is, directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Lydia G. Carnes, dependent mother of Charles H. Carnes, deceased, late private in Company G, Osage County, Missouri, Home Guards, who died in hospital October fifteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-one. Approved, June 24, 1890.
