CHAP. 54.— An Act granting a pension to Lydia Hood.January 6, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Lydia Hood.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-rolls, at twelve dollars a month, the name of Lydia Hood, of Chelsea, Vermont, mother (by adoption) of Hollis if Hood, late of Company I, Tenth Vermont Volunteers. Approved, January 6, 1891.
