CHAP. 54.— An Act to increase the pension of Isaac Endaly.March 27, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Isaac Endaly.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to in-crease the pension of Isaac Endaly, a private in Captain Smith’s Company of Tennessee Militia, in the war of eighteen hundred and twelve between the United States and Great Britain, to fifty dollars per month, subject to the limitations and provisions of the general pension laws, the said Isaac Endaly being over ninety-eight years of age and destitute of means of support, except the pension now received by him, and in feeble health.
Sec. 2. That this act shall take effect from and after its passage. Approved, March 27, 1890.
