CHAP. 537.— An Act restoring to the pension-roll the name of Florian Lischewsky.June 21, 1890. *Be it enacted, by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Florian Lischewsky.Pension restored. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to restore the name of Florian Lischewsky, late a private in Company C, Twenty-ninth Regiment New York Volunteers, to the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, June 21, 1890.
