CHAP. 535.— An Act for the relief of Ellen Baddeley.June 21, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Ellen Baddeley.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Ellen Baddeley, dependent mother of antes Baddeley, who was killed in the battle of Jonesville, Virginia, while fighting as a private soldier in the Sixteenth Illinois Cavalry. Approved, June 21, 1890.
