CHAP. 528.— An Act granting a pension to Warner M. Ellis.June 21, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled*,Warner M. Ellis.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, the name of Warner M. Ellis, son of William Ellis, late of Company I. One hundred and thirty-first Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, at the rate of six dollars per month, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws.
AndIncrease on death of mother. after the death of his mother that then the pension of this claimant shall be eighteen dollars per month Approved, June 21, 1890.
