CHAP. 519.— An Act granting a pension to John S. Lozier.June 21, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House, of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John S. Lozier.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John S. Lozier, late a private Company I, Eighty-sixth Ohio Volunteers, and allow him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, June 21, 1890.
