CHAP. 517.— An Act granting a pension to Eugenia A. Helston.June 21, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and- House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Eugenia A. Helston.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Eugenia A. Helston, the widow of Joseph Helston, late a private of Companies H, I, and K, Second Regiment of Illinois Cavalry Volunteers. Approved, June 21, 1890.
