CHAP. 516.— An Act restoring the pension of Caroline Dawson.March 2, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Caroline Dawson.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Caroline Dawson, widow of C. L. Dawson, late assistant surgeon of the Thirty-first Iowa Volunteers, on the pension rolls, subject to the rules and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, March 2, 1891.
