CHAP. 513.— An Act to relieve Patrick J. Bench, alias Patrick McBench, from the charge of desertion.March 2, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Patrick J. Bench, alias McBench.Charge of desertion removed. That the Secretary of the Navy of the United States is hereby authorized and directed to remove the charge of desertion now standing against Patrick J. Bench, alias Patrick McBench, late a seaman on the United States steam-ship Brooklyn, on the records and rolls of the Navy Department, and to grant and issue to said Bench an honorable discharge from the said service. Approved, March 2, 1891.
