CHAP. 512.— An Act to relieve John J. Murphy from the charge of Desertion.March 2, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John J. Murphy.Charge of desertion removed. That the Secretary of the Navy of the United States is hereby authorized and directed to remove the charge of desertion now standing against John J. Murphy, late a seaman on the United States receiving ship North Carolina, on the records and rolls of the Navy Department, and to grant and issue to said Murphy an honorable discharge from the said service. Approved, March 2, 1891.
