CHAP. 511.— An Act to place the name of James H. Walton on the pension rolls.March 2, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James H. Walton.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of James H. Walton, late a private in Captain Lauderdale’s Company of Tennessee Mounted Militia, on the pension rolls, at the rate of fifteen dollars per month, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension law. Approved, March 2, 1891.
