CHAP. 510.— An Act granting a pension to Sarah Devine, mother of Jesse Chapman.June 21, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House, of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Sarah Devine.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place the name of Mary A. Selbach on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, June 21, 1890.
