CHAP. 51.— An Act granting a pension to John Lindt.January 6, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John Lindt.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, empowered and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of John Lindt, late a private in Company B. Independent Regiment Light Artillery, Pennsylvania Volunteers, and pay him a pension, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws of the United States. Approved, January 6, 1891.
